The College is committed to provide quality education and training in nursing, pharmacy and physical therapy in order to produce knowledegable, skillful, and adaptable professionals.  Its programs aim to:

1. Provide quality education and training in a conducive learning environment in order to produce knowledgeable, skillful and adaptable professionals and leaders.
2. Conduct and disseminate relevant and applicable health and health-related research outputs to be utilized by stakeholders.
3. Serve as link and partner to empower the community and the people through promotion and maintenance of health, community-based rehabilitation, and rational drug use.
